Cancellations & No Shows

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for our small salon, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally. No Show Fee or Last Minute Cancellation/Rescheduling fee will apply.

Please be aware that we will require a valid credit/debit card to be placed on file to book all appointments once you have reached our one strike rule. Your card will never be charged unless there is a cancellation under 24 hours or if you do not show up to your appointment.

One strike rule :

There is a one grace cancellation under 24 hours, no shows do not apply to one strike rule, there is not tolerance for no shows unless it is an emergency situation.

Our Cancellation fee:

Still applies if you cancel/schedule your appointment with less than 24-hour notice of the time your appointment starts , you will occur as a $25 charge. This will include even if your sick. Usually we have symptoms that show before we are down for the count, so please make that call as soon as symptoms pop up. Fees will be waved for proof of positive covid test.

Our policy:

Is still please stay home if you are sick with any illness, we do have clients that cant get sick and our staff cant afford to be off sick, we cant be carriers of illness. Please make sure to make that call as soon as you feel under the weather it is better to air on the side of caution and move your appointment out a few days to be safe

No show:

If a no show appointment happens, this will not be tolerated if you don’t have a card on file you will receive a invoice that will need to be paid. You will be charged the full amount of the services booked for that appointment time, and will also need a card on file to book any other appointments in the future

Tardiness Policy:

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time.

Refunds:

There are NO REFUNDS for any services performed or gift cards sales. we stand behind standards & service performances and if you are not satisfied we will work with you to make things better .

Parties:

Any bookings spanning longer than 2 hours, or group bookings for 2 people or more must be secured with a valid credit card. All party reservations require a deposit. Deposits consist of 50% off all services to be done the day of reservation Any appointments booked MUST be secured with a valid visa debit or credit card.

Packages:

Must be booked with a card placed on file, you are more then welcome to book yourself in online but will receive a call from victorious beauty staff within 24 hours that will confirm package and place a card on file to secure your booking.

Salon Services:

We stand behind services, we will correct any challenges we have created with your services yet, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of the service so that we may schedule your appointment free of charge.

Price Policy:

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Range of prices are subject to change according to selected stylist.
