Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled:

Using the links provided in your appointment confirmation or reminder (available only when more than 24 hours’ notice is given), or

By texting 587-273-2008 if less than 24 hours’ notice is being provided.

Please do not leave cancellation requests through social media, voicemail, or other communication channels, as they may not be monitored in time.

Deposits

Any deposits paid are non-refundable. However, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment when the appointment is rescheduled with the required minimum 24 hours’ notice. Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of your service.

Outstanding Balances

Clients with outstanding cancellation fees, no-show fees, or other unpaid balances will be required to settle those amounts before any future appointments can be booked.

Repeat Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, or who repeatedly fail to attend scheduled appointments, may be required to prepay for future services at the time of booking.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or, if there is insufficient time to complete the service safely or without impacting other scheduled clients, may be required to reschedule. In these situations, the cancellation policy may still apply.

Victorious Beauty reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion in the event of extenuating circumstances or emergencies.
